Fire a couple of Gavin’s aids and buy the homeless some brooms and dustpans. Give ‘em ten bucks for every filled garbage bag.

We’ve already got elderly Asians who carefully extract every bottle and can tossed in the trash. Why not give the homeless some healthy exercise, too?

Anything would help.
