exactly so

somehow i think he thinks if he “pardons everybody” now and fast, the whole thing stops and the details of it all never see the light of day

plus if they continue a lot of their behaviors; ie emoluments, they’ll just be committing the same crimes all over again

uh - “can i pardon someone twice….”
