Deputy jailed in porn case

PORT ALLEN — A West Baton Rouge Parish sheriff’s deputy was arrested and booked Monday with a single count of intentional possession of pornography involving a minor.

Justin Kane Sprawls, 25, is accused of possessing in his laptop computer sexually explicit photographs of minors, Tammi Arender-Herring, communications director with the state Attorney General’s Office, said Wednesday.

If convicted, Sprawls faces two to 10 years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both, according to state law.

This douchebag is going to have a rough time in prison.
