How radicalized have the Muslim Chechens become lately?

I think a decent portion of their support started out radicalized. After the Slavic battles wore down in the 90’s these groups migrated out. Their only choices for targets have been Chechnya, Iraq, and Afghanistan with the majority going to support Chechnya.
