My new best friend is my velcro-on ankle weight. Up to 20 pounds! I’m using 10 lbs. right now, but not right now-right now; 5 evenings per week. (Is it only here that ‘right-now-right-now’ means ‘right now’ and ‘right now’ means ‘soon’?)
My current routine includes a bunch of squats and lunges, which I felt yesterday.
But not so much today, which was good. So I got to do it again.
