Just a reminder that today marks 20 years since Matthew Shepard succumbed to his injuries from being brutally beaten by 2 white men in Wyoming and tied to a fence to be left to die, for being gay.

Also that they’re only now interring him in a national cemetery, so our bigoted yahoos can’t desecrate his grave.
