Back from the doctor. The test came back negative (a good thing). Further conversation with the nurse recommended continuing some meds that I’ve already started, and under no circumstances Google my diagnosis. She actually said that. Everything that comes up on Google is wrong or harmful.

My cardiologist did the same. He advised against using Dr. Google for diagnosing and treating ailments.
