It mocks Putin heavily. Weird. There were a lot of hypotheses about it being a controlled letting off of steam. Dunno. Against this hypothesis there is the fact that the program basically advertised the next big demonstration against falsification of elections on Dec. 24, naming both the date and the place (Sakharova avenue). Weird.
