The biggest problem I face is patients who see those ads on TV and come in demanding meds or tests they don’t need. Ends up wasting time and money.

Direct advertising of prescription drugs is illegal in most developed countries. Gee, do you think they might be on to something?

Are there really doctors out there who will prescribe anything a patient asks for?
