Cruz, Carly, Mittens, Carson, Perry and the ilk have written their own epitaph imo. Graham, Bush and Kaisich get a nod from me that I never thought I would give.

Ana Navarro, Tom Nichols and Evan McMullan have stuck to their guns. I have respect for Ana because she broke from party totally to endorse and vote for Hillary.
