I think you’ve missed the point Dillahunty was trying to make, and that I reworded.

The problem Dillahunty is confronting is those out there who want to play a sort of cognitive avoidance, not actually refuting religious beliefs through reason but by claiming that reason can’t apply because the very words in our dictionary such as “god” are, in art terms, Dada-ish.
