The willing decision to bring children on rides in automobiles is a far greater cause of death and suffering for children than the number of kidnapped infants from locked cars.

At any rate, I am happy for her to get a citation from the officer and a visit from social servers, but the arrest in handcuffs is ridiculous. It is a form of punishment as either way she has to see the judge.
