Mine would get better and worse, cyclically. No more cycles, and it tends to rest in the lower levels of bother.

I’ll hold out hope, because right now it’s pretty bad. I try not to let it interfere too much (see: I actually went up the damn fire lookout) but it is still really stressful and hard when you have the full blown adrenaline response to stuff that should be trivial.
