I’m just waiting for some wingnut legislator out there to propose a law mandating a 15 week waiting period. Combine that with a 20 week ban, and nearly everything will be banned. Wingnut judges would rule such a law as being reasonable because 15 is less than 20.

Combine it with redefining pregnancy to start counting 2 weeks earlier than doctors do. They passed that in Arizona.
