It all gets so tangled. There are boycotts and then there are boycotts of the boycotters. I would be leery of advertising on political shows; it’s a real gamble. When it’s so charged, people are offended and business bleeds. Or blossoms.

It will be interesting to see how the Whole Foods thing turns out. Andrew Breitbart has a new opinion piece urging people to stand up against those who are on the wrong side of history (Mrs. Pelosi and the Whole Foods boycotters), and to “buy organic garlic, herb fresh goat cheese and three-bean salad with quinoa at your local Whole Foods store.”

I agree 100% on the political shows. If you advertise on Glen Beck, you get tainted with his muck. FoxNews will adjust their shows if the revenue starts slipping…for them, it’s all about the money.

Boycotts are usually a big waste of time. I am guessing with all the gnashing of teeth and complaining about Whole Foods from these burrheads, that Whole Foods business is actually UP.
