I’m sure there is. The Germans don’t just go after someone for handing out Korans. But sometimes that sort of campaign is intended to draw young men to services done in the radical style.

Kind of like evangelicals or Mormons? Nothing’s more radical than putting on a white shirt and black tie and walking around on a “mission”…except maybe fireboming a women’s health clinic.
