Let’s stop and consider that Democrats were given all sorts of hell for just saying that generals didn’t agree with the White House about how to fight the war in Iraq. Let’s ask Shinseki how accepting Republicans were of a general who publicly stated that his superiors didn’t know their asses from a hole in the ground and were low-balling the number of troops needed to look good.

Oh but that was different you know because Republican in the WH different rules blah blah. Truth is they pulled similar shit in the Clinton years. For all their talk about being “patriotic” their behavior borders on seditious whenever there’s a Democrat in the White House but yet they freak their shit if anyone dares to say nary a critical word about a Republican president’s foreign policy.
