Fuckface Von Clownstick has sold every last entity that he knows of - whether it be friends, businesses, what have you - down the river for as long as he’s been alive. I’m not surprised in the least that he’s selling his fucking 101st Pepe Keyboardists down the river, along with all those poor bigoted white folk in rural areas who regret their vote because he plans on cutting Meals on Wheels.

The plan is to also cut the water infrastructure and wastewater loan and grant programme of the USDA (a New Deal Era programme - but to be fair to Mr. Trump, the GOP has been after this programme ever since it was created). That programme was created to help us out here when the Great Depression was in full swing. Since then, banks and investors are not interested in investing in rural infrastructure, because they can’t profit from it.

Trump’s proposed cuts to rural programmes are likely going to get pushback from both rural Democrats and Republicans.

A Presidential budget is usually a presidential wish list. What matters is what Congress does.
