Well their incentive should be “Make work for Americans”
They could use a little good PR right now. Instead of shelling out millions to PR firms, they could invest in the country that just bailed their ass out.

Instead, huge bonuses for CEOs and upper management, record profits. Meanwhile companies flee and houses are foreclosed.

It’s perverse.
