I must be on the other side of this issue. WTF does his war record or how many Nazi he killed have to do with HOA rules? Why do people always change the issue to some straw man bullshit like this guy was being stopped from displaying his flag when that is obviously not the case?

He won, great. But those rules are in place for a reason. For all the hoopla I’m sure a new neighbor could move in next door and ignore the HOA rules in such a way that this guy would NOT Like it at all.

I seriously equate this to those old, pushy people who try to cut in line at the store or get out of a traffic ticket and accuse anyone who says anything of picking on an old person. This guy just ignored the rules, did what he wanted and then draped himself in the flag as a defense to win support. It’s lame.
