I ate enough liver for dinner when I was a kid to last a lifetime. Its horrible in every way. taste, smell, texture, blech…

If all I had to eat was liver, I would use it for bait and eat the rats and cats it attracted instead.

I like liver, but I don’t eat it much anymore because it’s a filter organ, and all the weird shit we feed to and inject our livestock with winds up concentrated there.

If Andean llama liver were more readily available, I’d probably eat a lot more.
