The anti-union bill is under a restraining order and won’t be ruled on until the end of May at the earliest. Considering the lies and blatant deception it was passed under and how blatantly unconstitutional it is I wouldn’t count on it ever going into effect.

It violates the Constitution not at all. There’s no right to collective bargaining to be found there.
