We’d have anarchy briefly, which would give way to the warlord despots. If they could stabilize, then we’d end up with monarchy in the second generation. Sooner or later, enlightenment would hit (only took thousands of years last time), and we’d start getting democratic-republican law-driven government again.

So the anarchists could start calling for anarchy again because they don’t like having to follow rules.

In the meantime, mankind has slid back into the dark ages, because only under a fairly law-driven society with protections for the greater part of the population can we have innovation and advance.
