Trump actually thinks Barr’s letter could not have been any better, and his reading comprehension sucks because Barr had to admit that Trump wasn’t exonerated when it came to obstruction (which as everyone here knows is an impeachable offense with precedent).

Not only did Barr find himself forced to admit that Mueller has not exonerated him, but Barr also had to acknowledge that Russia made an effort to swing the election in Donny’s favor and offered the Trump campaign their assistance in doing so, in direct contrast to the constant refrain from Donny that Russia had nothing to do with the election interference.
