I get really disgusted by people who threaten to sue, or do so, just because they don’t get their way. I’m not talking about cases where a surgeon amputates the wrong body part, or other cases involving obvious damage. I’m talking about cases like this Galloway thing, or those cases where inmates claim emotional distress because their prison sandwich had chunky peanut butter instead of smooth.
