Again, this is why I think Peres is smart to hand these sites over to the RC Church. I’m damned sick and tired of reading stories that connect Israel to threats against these Christian sites.

Make them Vatican-owned property, and let the Vatican decide if they are worth protecting from the “peace-loving” Palestinians.

It’s never that easy. Israel will always be blamed anyway since they are the “force” in charge.
