Interesting. I asked about the NDA having to be signed in the presence of a notary. The answers from the lizards was it is not needed for contracts.

The Hill article makes it sound like it had the notary seal but no signature. It also sort of hints the NDA would need notarized due to Texas law.

I is confused. This NDA and everything around it is getting murkier by the day.

Not signing it could just be an oversight. Not signing it and not recording the transaction is suspicious. Not signing it, not recording it and still stamping it with two signature lines left blank and not noting that those particular lines are being excluded from the notarization is a giant red flag.
