There is one upside to this policy, which I do not believe Obama intended. So long as Obama looks like he is moving to make some sort of accomodation with Iran, Israel will be the Arabs only hope against Iran. This may benefit Israel. In fact, don’t be surprised if Israeli military interests are lobbied for by SA.
