Congressman Eric Swalwell has introduced H. R. 2424 the “Duty to Report Act” that requires campaigns to report offers of foreign help. This needs to be made a priority.

Oh, I’m sure Senator Turtle will bottle this up, not permit it to come to the Senate floor for a vote, because of course he won’t.
