I am type 1 diabetic and my blood glucose has been a little unstable since I’ve started this diet (keep having to adjust my insulin levels) and I keep waking up with hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), which is a sure fire way to have an awful headache all day.

I suffer from hypoglycemia every time I eat sugar.
