This has not escaped the attention of the Fever Swamp, with most responses being of the “try it with a Quran” type. The very oddly named poster sodpoodle predicts that a rogue tsunami will wash away the pier, then emphasizes that he/she is serious since “God’s earth is in revolt.”

1. People who go around damaging other people’s holy texts to prove how…something…they are, piss me off.

2. The Fever Swampers LOVE folks who do it with a Koran.

3. If the pier washes away, we will know that sodpoodle is on to something. If the pier does not wash away…sodpoodle will move on to the next thing.
