re: #159 stpaulbear

OT for a question: Almost every day when I come home from work at 5:00 there’s a car parked across from my house with a guy slouched down in the driver seat. Sometimes he’s sitting there until 7-8:00 at night. I was home from work today and he’s been sitting there since about noon. Happens on the weekends too. This has been going on for months. I’ve seen him get out of the car to go to his trunk a couple of times.

Today I got half of his plate number and I’m feeling like calling the St Paul police as a ‘suspicious person’.

Am I sounding paranoid? I’m concerned that I’m turning into an ‘Old guy yells at kids’ kind of guy. There are no other neighbors affected (it’s a low-traffic, out of the way street with a warehouse across from my house). It just bugs me that there’s someone spending so much time sitting in a car across from my house.

edit: He just drove away (I can see the street when I’m on my computer). I wonder if he’ll be back later?

Could be a PI investigating someone on a fraudulent personal injury or workers’ comp claim?
