I’m showing my age having been a member of the YPSL back in the 60s and 70s before the old Socialist Party spit into Social Democrats, USA and DSOC. Social Democrats USA was the incubator of what would become neoconservatives and then totally embrace Reagan and the Republican Party. DSOC under Harrington eventually merged with NAM (New American Movement) to become DSA.
