BTW, this is not an actual “cold turkey” situation. I went on the “patch” this morning at 0800 MDT. Nicotine withdrawal will be controlled. It is the (missing) oral satisfaction that is driving me nuts. Toothpicks or gum are not an option. I work with the public.
