We’ve had situation within the SCA where guys have gotten in member’s faces about men wearing ‘dresses’ at events, guys have been hassled for wearing their hair long in medieval styles, or having beards—it’s remarkable to me how little seems to set off some people’s ‘other’ detector. Even loons playing medieval dress-up.

What is the SCA?
