I clicked your nic and got your email. I send you one back when I call her and ask what info she needs. She says she places all over the US and maybe she can help you. She works MWF but today all I get when I call her is voice mail.

Cool. Problem is, I haven’t worked for a major corporation in 14 years. Corporate people think running a small indy restaurant isn’t the same. And they’re right. It’s harder because there isn’t much money to fall back on.
