I love the assertion that Martin had been smoking pot THAT NIGHT. Isn’t it common knowledge that THC stays detectable in body fluids for many days after it is consumed? The fact that the medical examiner could find it in a tox screen tells us nothing about when he might have smoked it.

Even if he had, who cares? Cannabis doesn’t increase aggression like alcohol does.
