As I read this I’m reading my Spring 2012 issue of ASPCA magazine which is talking about Joplin: One Year Later and about all of the pets that were saved, reunited with owners, boarded, fed and adopted out.

Cooperation and community spirit were a primary thrust of this article and only a complete tank tread would criticize the President for providing inspiration to this shattered community.
