If one lives in MN then maybe you’ll make out all right.

If you live in NY maybe not so much.

Is this what is meant by the States being “laboratories”?

MN has a history of being progressive in the area of health care and insurance. Mind you, it’s not Romneycare, but we do alright taking care of our own.
