It has been utterly fascinating to watch what she has been able to do to the political establishment in only a few months.

I just had the thought that in a strange way AOC is like Trump.

Trump came on the scene and said and then did the things ordinary Republicans struggle with even though some are the same things they wanted to do.

Alexandria came on the scene and said and then is doing the things ordinary Democrats have struggled with even though some are the same things they wanted to do.

Yes, the difference is in Trump has been a negative and AOC is showing to be a big positive.

I’m trying to think if it is boldness, want, drive, not shutting up, working with the power you see unmined, all of that or just parts? Or is it personality and right place and time?
