As a long term AZ resident (most of my life) and classmate of Cindy’s, I have seen a good and decent man go off the rails since ‘08. IMHO, the Grifter was his own fault. If he didn’t inform himself better as to what he was getting into, shame on him. We dodged a bullet on that one.
