Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire are not representative of the US (Over 90% White), and 2 of them are safely Democrat.

Wisconsin tends to also be a bit unrepresentative of the US, and in addition, I wonder how voter repression affected Hispanics and African Americans in the state.

When I think about Wisconsin, this always comes to mind:
