Didn’t U.K. citizens vote in the affirmative for Brexit like three years ago? Is their political and economic system handling that referendum well? From my very uninformed honkey-ass ski bum point of view, I’d say not.
They voted for a lot of unrealistic, unobtainable or mutually exclusive things and are now distressed to see that those things are unrealistic, unobtainable or mutually exclusive.
They also assumed that EU would give in a lot more to maintain trade relations with the UK sand were shocked to see Europe most unanimously refusing to budge.
And they really thought that they could install Schroedinger’s Hard Border across Ireland.
