I really feel like we need to rebuild the whole thing from scratch, the system is sooo messed up right now.

I’ve posted my solution to the border issue before. It involves amnesty (shocka!), securing the border, probation and eventual citizenship for those who are here now. No one gets deported unless they are really bad.
