Are we talking about Ratcliff? In 2004, President George W. Bush appointed Ratcliffe to be the Chief of Anti-Terrorism and National Security for the Eastern District of Texas, within the U.S. Department of Justice. In May 2007, Ratcliffe was named interim U.S. Attorney for the district.
He was also in private practice before and after that.
Jordan. Knew Radcliffe had done litigation when he nearly got a job in the administration.
