The way profiles work is that only friends can see them. A stranger is only able to see your profile picture and that’s it. When both users agree to a connection, only then is the profile unlocked for viewing. One of the reasons why I like Facebook over myspace. Oh yeah, you are able to view friend profiles of your friends.
