Hopefully the USSC will do the right thing. That juror didn’t belong on that jury.

Prosecutors will happily ban my ass for opposition to the death penalty, but that juror is okay.

(To be fair, I was only called for jury duty once, while I was at sea. I got the card about three weeks after I was supposed to show up at court.)
