How does one check their own blood pressure? I know it can’t be good. I drink and I smoke and I don’t exercise. I still eat in a relatively healthy fashion, but that’s only one leg of that chair.

Try walking a little every day. Outside of your home -up and down the block or around the garage or something.

It’s a start.
