Hi (((mikeymom))) they aren’t working as well as they first did, I’m afraid. And you DO NOT want any of these things - trust me on this.
But I do have a tip for you: take a regular plastic straw, cut it the approximate length of a cigarette, clog up like 90% of one end or just bend it shut, and then put the other end in your mouth and “take a drag” - if you’re already using a nicotine replacement therapy, that straw thing might work. Cause what I always missed in all the times I tried to quit, was the sensation you get in your lungs when you drag or suck in the smoke. I missed that far more than the nicotine, actually.
