The lack of empathy has been at center at a lot of my brother and I’s conversations. People want us to feel sorry for the white Trump voter threatened by social changes but my brother correctly points out people who literally have their ancestral lands threatened and the racial minorities in our country who are experiencing far worse than those white people can’t handle that their new neighbors may be Muslim.
